Pick Up: When clients confirm the visit schedule, we can pick you up from Rail station, Airport, hotels, and other’s place etc.
Hotel: We will make hotel reservations in advance if need.
Traveling: During visits, we will show around Shanghai or Wuxi city, which is very beautiful and modern city.
Factory visiting: We will show machine production process and different parts processing, which is very important to make sure the machine quality. And discuss with our experienced engineer about all technical details and questions. We also can show the existing machine running in our factory.
After-Sales Service Commitments
Dingbo Tech hereby solemnly promises: We implement the “three guarantees” service policy for any equipments sold by us, provide installation guidelines, commissioning and maintenance of the equipment, training of the Buyer’s relevant operators, and provide operation manuals and technical requirements for the installation and line layout diagrams and electrical diagram, provide a lifetime supply of maintenance and spare parts.
The detailed measures are as follows:
1. Preparation of Installation assistance:
Based on the actual situation, to assist and guide the Buyer and Buyer’s technical personnel with necessary preparations like electrical power, workshop, materials, workers and related issues;
2. Installation and commissioning:
Based on the Buyer’s request, we will provide free of charge training of the operation and maintenance personnel;
a) The User (Buyer) can send their operation and maintenance personnel to our factory for learning and training when do inspection or running machine.
b) When we are doing the installation and commissioning in buyer factory, will also do training for operation and maintenance personnel;
3. If failure occurs in any of the machines during the “three guarantees” period(one year), then, upon the Buyer’s request, we will eliminate the failure and fix the problem.
We will provide quick and satisfactory customer service, and promise to respond within 24 hours after receiving your complaints by phone or by email.
